Uneasiness

Too much uneasiness
Too much heaviness

It seems I carry a baggage, the heart, the mind all not in sync
It seems something somewhere is wrong and ironic...

Reiki, Yoga should help, rather be the boon at the moment
To light the heaviness inside the pain within deep within

With age comes the responsibilities and with them arrives the good, bad and the ugly
With the situation like this I must stay stronger and solve everything proactively

God help me go miles and miles and miles and miles
Help me cope up with the life's ifs and buts
